Unopened Products
If you’re unsatisfied with an unopened, unused product in its original packaging, we’ll gladly offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery. We are unable to offer cash refunds on returned products.
Opened Products
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened products. If you have concerns about a product you’ve tried, please reach out to us directly — we’re happy to work with you.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. Please include a photo of the damage so we can resolve it quickly.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@harvestiallife.com, use our contact form on this site, or reach us at 215-821-7289 within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for return. Do not send products back without contacting us first.

Results from herbal and adaptogenic supplements vary by individual. We encourage you to consult your healthcare provider if you have questions about whether a product is right for you before purchasing.
